KWA Construction has achieved a major milestone at Remy, a 357-unit, five-story luxury community located in Frisco Square. This project is the result of a joint venture between Equity Residential and Toll Brothers Apartment Living. HEDK Architects designed the property to include an array of elite amenities such as sky deck and hammock garden, resort-style pool with indoor pool lounge, fitness center with second floor mezzanine area plus coworking space, indoor dog wash station and speakeasy lounge among other features.
