Apollo has provided a $114 million construction loan for the development of 140 Jane Street in the West Village. The 11-story, 15-unit condominium project is developed by Aurora Capital Associates and will offer floor plans of three-, four-, five-, and six-bedrooms. Founded by Robert Cayre, Aurora Capital Associates boasts a diverse real estate portfolio across New York City, Miami, Chicago and other major US cities with an emphasis on combining modern construction with historic character in their surroundings.
Newmark brokered the deal with a team led by Dustin Stolly, Jordan Roeschlaub Christopher Kramer Nick Scribani and Benjamin Kroll. This transaction marks another successful venture for Apollo as they continue to expand their presence in commercial real estate financing throughout America’s largest cities.
