Construction Financing Secured for Cambria Hotel in Hillsboro

Palladius Capital Management and Marquee Funding Group have provided an $11.5 million loan to finance the construction of Cambria Hotel Hillsboro, a four story, 115-key asset located at 5523 NE Huffman St. in Hillsboro, OR. The fixed-rate, 24-month loan was granted to sponsors Evergreen Hospitality Development and Fine Hotel Group for this upscale hotel project situated on land owned by Majestic Realty Co., adjacent to Majestic Brookwood Business Park – a master planned 118 acre commercial development in the tech hub of Hillsboro’s business sector.

The 22000 square foot Cambria Hotel is set to become one more addition among Oregon’s fifth largest city’s many attractions as it continues its growth into “Silicon Forest”.
