Peak Construction Company is continuing development at Wisconsin’s Bristol Business Park with the start of work on Janko Group’s Building 8 property. Last year, Peak Construction completed Buildings 2 and 3 in the dynamic Southeast Wisconsin industrial submarket and is also doing site work and construction for Building 4.
Building 8 will be a 323,970 square foot facility featuring 242 car spaces, 55 trailer spaces as well as build-to-suit office space. The project has an estimated completion date of late 2023 with Kelly P. Harris serving as architect, Manhard Consulting acting as civil engineer, Janko Group developing the property and Cushman & Wakefield handling exclusive marketing duties.
The business park encompasses 225 acres that are fully entitled for up to 3 million square feet of space; 2.4 million square feet have been completed or are under construction while 1.7 million have already been leased out by tenants in this state-of-the art complex located in Southeast Wisconsin .
