Construction Begins on Westlake Village Life Science Campus

Westlake Labs, a 100,000 square foot life science campus in Westlake Village is currently undergoing construction for 35,000 square feet of speculative lab and office space. Graymark Capital’s Gray Matter and Argosy Real Estate Partners purchased the building earlier this year.

BAM Creative, ACOCM and HITT have been hired to design, engineer and construct a Class A life science facility with 50% lab space and 50% office space that can be divided into two separate tenants. The conversion of the corporate headquarters building will support the growing life sciences community in Conejo Valley with completion scheduled for first quarter 2024. CBRE’s Tom Dwyer , Caroline Bigelow , Jeff Pion & Andrew Riley are marketing Westlake Labs .
