Townhomes at Bell Works Chicagoland Break Ground

Bell Works Chicagoland has officially broken ground on a new residential development comprising 164 townhomes. This project is a collaborative effort between PulteGroup, Inspired by Somerset Development, and the Village of Hoffman Estates.

Located on the northeast side of the Bell Works Chicagoland campus, the townhomes are designed with modern living in mind. Each unit will feature three-bedroom layouts with the option for a fourth bedroom, three levels of living space, and a two-car garage. The site boasts convenient access to major transportation routes, including I-90, offering residents easy connectivity to downtown Chicago and O’Hare International Airport.

Ken Gold, Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Inspired by Somerset Development, emphasized the impact of the new homes: “Developing high-quality homes at Bell Works Chicagoland will go a long way in responding to the growing demand for housing in the area.”

This marks the first collaboration between Inspired by Somerset Development and PulteGroup on a project in Illinois, although the companies have partnered on other residential developments in the past.

The townhomes are expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2026.
