Construction has begun at Modera Beaverton, a mixed-use apartment community located in downtown Beaverton. The development, situated at 12230 SW Broadway Street on the western side of the Portland metropolitan area, will feature 312 apartment homes and 4,145 square feet of retail space. It is being built to meet LEED Gold certification standards.
Beaverton boasts a prime location near major employers such as Nike World Headquarters, Columbia Sportswear, Tektronix, Intel and Kaiser Health. According to Sam Rodriguez, senior managing director of development for Mill Creek in Portland: “Future residents will not only be surrounded by the local charm of Beaverton but also have easy access to key employment hubs within a short drive.”
