Inspired by Somerset Development, a real estate developer, has commenced construction on a three-story, 22-unit mixed-use multifamily development in downtown Long Branch, New Jersey. The property will feature one and two bedroom market rate apartments with private balconies as well as 800 square feet of street level retail space. Additionally the development includes an indoor parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations and a private roof deck for residents. Completion is expected by summer 2024 after being acquired from Inkwell Coffee House’s longtime owner Anthony Esposito.

Ralph Zucker CEO & Founder of Inspired by Somerset Development stated “We recognize this site’s storied history as a local landmark for Long Branch and the Jersey Shore; we are working carefully with the township and community members to ensure we honor its past while creating successful future.”
