XAG Group has commenced construction on a mixed-use development in Magnolia, Texas, featuring over 300 apartment units and more than 30,000 square feet of retail space. Spanning 20 acres within the 3,000-acre Audubon master-planned community, the project includes **RASHA at Audubon**, a premier 326-unit Class A multifamily community, alongside the two-story **Audubon Place Retail Center**.
Located at **39899 Mill Creek Road**, the development will consist of seven garden-style buildings, including a **15,000-square-foot clubhouse** with a variety of amenities.
