VanTrust Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate developer, has joined forces with DSV, a global leader in transport and logistics based in Denmark. Together, they have broken ground on a new industrial building at New Albany Tech Park. This state-of-the-art facility spans 1.2 million square feet and will be the largest of its kind for DSV in North America.

The purpose of this impressive structure is to serve as a supplier for Intel’s $20 billion semiconductor campus currently under construction in New Albany. Located within the expansive 500-acre New Albany International Business Park, this build-to-suit warehouse is just the first of many exciting projects planned for the area.

Boasting over 9,000 acres of land and attracting more than $6 billion dollars in private investment thus far, The New Albany International Business Park ranks among one of the largest business parks nationwide.
