Construction Begins on BWI Industrial Project by Rockefeller Group

Construction has officially begun on the new Rockefeller Group Logistics Center BWI in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. This state-of-the-art Class-A distribution center spans 136,500 square feet and includes 1.05 acres of industrial outdoor storage. The groundbreaking for this project comes just weeks after the successful launch of Port 460 in Suffolk, Virginia.

The building boasts impressive features such as 36-foot clear heights, spacious column spacing at 54 feet by 50 feet, a wide speed bay measuring at a width of60 feet,and ample parking with room for up to147 cars. Additionally,the facility offers convenient access with33 dock doors and two drive-in doors.John Boote,Jarred Testa,and McLane Fisher from Cushman and Wakefield will be handling leasing responsibilities.

Located at1305 Furnace Roadin Linthicum Heights,this property is ideally situated only1.7 miles north of I-295.It is also conveniently located just three miles from BWI Airportand12milesfromthePortofBaltimore.The site was designed by Morris & Ritchie Associates as the civil engineer while Morgan Gick McBeath Associates handled building design.FCL Builders serves as the general contractorforthisproject.
