**$50M Frisco Station Medical Office Building Begins Construction**

Construction is officially underway on the Frisco Station Medical Office Building, a $50 million healthcare facility spearheaded by Cambridge Holdings. Located adjacent to The Star in Frisco at the northwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway, the new center is on track to open in late 2026.

Originally proposed in 2021, the medical office building is part of a broader vision for a health and wellness district within the 242-acre Frisco Station development. The acclaimed architectural firm Perkins & Will is leading the building design, while Rogers-O’Brien Construction serves as the general contractor on the project.

According to the Dallas Business Journal, this facility represents the first project within Frisco Station’s planned health and wellness district.

Leasing for the 85,800-square-foot facility is being managed by Chris Lipscomb of Transwestern Real Estate and Steve Wheeler of Cambridge Holdings. The medical office building already has anchor tenants secured, including Compass Surgical Partners, Orthopedic Institute of North Texas, and Lam Vascular & Associates. Lam Vascular & Associates will operate a 13,200-square-foot surgery center and clinic within the building.
