"Construction Begins on $420M Space Coast Resort"

Construction is currently underway for the Westin Cocoa Beach Resort, Spa and Conference Center, a luxurious oceanfront development led by Driftwood Capital. The project, which will cost $420 million to complete, is situated on a 15-acre plot of land at 1300 North Atlantic Avenue. Once finished, the resort will be managed by Driftwood Hospitality Management.

The Westin Cocoa Beach Resort & Spa boasts an impressive array of features including:

– Eleven unique dining options with themed restaurants
– A state-of-the-art spa
– A surfing wave pool
– Multiple swimming pools
– Tennis and pickleball courts
– Fully equipped fitness center with both cardio and weight training equipment
-Multiple retail shops

In addition to these amenities, there will also be a multistory parking garage that can accommodate up to 800 vehicles.
