Construction is currently underway for the Westin Cocoa Beach Resort, Spa and Conference Center, a luxurious oceanfront development led by Driftwood Capital. The project, which will cost $420 million to complete, is situated on a 15-acre plot of land at 1300 North Atlantic Avenue. Once finished, the resort will be managed by Driftwood Hospitality Management.
