Construction Begins on $32M Marysville Manufacturing Building: New Facility to Create Jobs

Vector Development, a Kirkland-based commercial real estate firm, has commenced construction of a $32 million manufacturing facility at the Marysville I-5 Industrial Center (MI-5). The two buildings located at 4000 156th St. NE will provide 247,000 square feet of space for tenants in the manufacturing or distribution industries.

The project is being developed in partnership with Marysville Investment Partners and is expected to be completed by spring 2020. JMR Construction was selected as general contractor for this industrial center development.

Tyler Litzenberger, Vector’s president expressed his enthusiasm about being part of Arlington-Marysville Manufacturing Industrial Center zone and its potential to attract new jobs through tax abatements: “We hope prospective tenants can capitalize on these tax abatements and benefit from MI-5’s strategic location close to Everett industrial submarket, Boeing and many related aerospace businesses.”
