"Constructing an Industrial Building for Alvil Trucking: A Guide to Principles"

Principle Construction is currently in the process of constructing a new industrial building for their client, Alvil Trucking. The project, located at 2450 Millennium Drive in Elgin, Illinois, will span over 22,000 square feet and feature a clear height of 24 feet. This state-of-the-art warehouse will serve as a maintenance and repair facility for Alvil’s fleet.

According to Principle COO Mark Augustyn: “The trucking industry plays an integral role in the supply chain as online shopping continues to grow and consumers demand speedy delivery. We are proud to be trusted by Alvil to construct modern warehouses that meet their high standards.”

Leading the project team is John Cahill from Principle Construction as project manager and Matt Frane serving as onsite superintendent. Harris Architects has been selected as the project architect while Jacob & Hefner will provide civil engineering services. The five-acre site will also include ample parking with space for up to 48 vehicles including six docks and two drive-in doors.

This latest development by Principle Construction showcases their expertise in delivering top-quality industrial buildings tailored specifically for clients like Alvil Trucking who rely on efficient facilities to support their operations.
