Maimonides Medical Center has recently signed a 30-year lease with Royal Builders Development for a 54,000-square-foot office condominium at 5402 Fort Hamilton Parkway in Borough Park, Brooklyn. This strategic move will bring together the medical center’s administrative offices under one roof, improving efficiency and creating a better work environment.
The deal was brokered by Nick Zweig of Locations Commercial Real Estate. The newly constructed building also boasts attractive amenities such as a rooftop terrace and underground parking totaling 10,000 square feet. Additionally, Maimonides plans to lease ground-floor retail space to a food service establishment.
This is not the first expansion for Maimonides; they recently leased another facility at 809 Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill spanning over an area of 25,000 square feet. This location will serve as their primary care facility while also offering surgical and OB/GYN services.
Overall, this consolidation marks an important step towards streamlining operations for Maimonides Medical Center while providing top-notch facilities for its employees.
