Cresset Real Estate Partners and Lovett Industrial have partnered to secure a lease with BroadRange Logistics for a 1,224,498-square-foot facility at Northport Logistics Center in Conroe, Texas. This marks the largest speculatively built warehouse ever leased in the Houston area and is located approximately 40 miles north of Houston.
The groundbreaking for this facility took place in September 2022 within the larger Conroe Business Park, which spans over 1,655 acres and is already home to more than thirty companies with over 3,000 employees.
This lease represents another significant achievement for Cresset Real Estate Partners’ Logistics Fund I (“Fund I”). The firm’s logistics funds have raised over $380 million so far and have resulted in projects covering more than ten million square feet across the country.
