### Conifer Realty Opens Affordable Apartments in Baltimore
Conifer Realty has announced that leasing is now open for Cold Spring Lane Apartments, a newly developed affordable housing community in Baltimore’s Park Heights region.
Designed by SOTO Architecture and Urban Design, the development offers 163 affordable apartment homes and is conveniently located next to the West Cold Spring Metro Station.
