Condotel Developer Secures $24M Construction Loan for Orlando Project

A new luxury condotel project, The Flats Orlando, has received a $24 million construction loan and is set to be built on a 1.9-acre property near Walt Disney World. The seven-story building will feature individually-owned units ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences and offer hotel-like services such as a registration desk, cleaning services, and more.

The loan was secured through Urban Network Capital Group’s partnership with LV Lending. ODA Architecture has designed the project which includes amenities like a full-service spa, fitness center, 24-hour in-room dining and rooftop terrace.

This latest development in Kissimmee is expected to cost $45 million overall and aims at providing high-end accommodations for visitors of the popular tourist destination without mentioning any specific location or brand names.
