JLL has secured a new lease for Concord, an independent music company, at Wilshire & Palm in Beverly Hills. The 32,241-square-foot office space is located within the 110,000-square-foot creative office building at 9171 Wilshire Blvd. and is set to become Concord’s new Los Angeles headquarters in the third quarter of 2025.
Concord currently has offices in Nashville, New York City, London, Berlin Melbourne and Miami. The company will occupy both the entire sixth floor and penthouse of Wilshire & Palm with stunning views of Beverly Hills. JLL’s Bryan Dunne and Danny Rainer represented landlord Cruzan while Paul Haskin and Jeff Gerlach from CBRE represented Concord.
According to Dunne: “We are seeing a trend towards high-quality office spaces as employers strive to provide their employees with exceptional experiences.” He also noted that properties like Wilshire & Palm have an edge when it comes to attracting tenants due to their landlord’s investment into the property.
