"CONAM Acquires 170-Unit Portland Property for $34M"

The CONAM Group’s discretionary fund, CONAM Strategic Investments Fund IV LP, has recently acquired the Skylar Grand in Portland, Oregon. This Class A multi-family community includes 170 units and 5,698 square feet of retail space. The purchase adds to CONAM’s existing portfolio in Portland and marks the first deal for Fund IV as they continue to expand their national portfolio.

According to Robin Elihu, Western U.S. Acquisitions Director at CONAM: “We are pleased with our acquisition of Skylar Grand as it is a strong addition to our growing portfolio. We currently own two assets within one mile of this property.” Located in Burnside Bridgehead – one of Inner Eastside’s newest neighborhoods – Skylar Grand offers direct access to the Portland Streetcar A and B loops. It is also just minutes away from popular attractions such as Moda Center (home of the Portland Trailblazers) and Willamette River.

This prime location also provides easy access via bicycle or pedestrian trail on Eastbank Esplanade which connects directly with Willamette Greenway loop for outdoor enthusiasts looking for quick entry into scenic routes along the riverfront area.
