Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and its joint venture partner, MetLife Investment Management, have successfully finished construction on the Seattle Metro Logistics facility. This two-story building is situated at Terminal 106 near the Port of Seattle.
The property boasts 702,429 square feet of top-notch industrial space and is currently the largest logistics facility within a 15-mile radius from downtown Seattle. Marketing and leasing for this project will be handled by Andrew Stark and Andrew Hitchcock from CBRE. Other key players in this development include Nelson Worldwide as the architect of record, Lease Crutcher Lewis as general contractor, and Bank OZK as construction lender.
Designed with a solar-ready roof in mind, this versatile facility can accommodate various industrial uses such as last-mile delivery services, regional distribution centers or even storage facilities for maritime activities or manufacturing processes. Its prime location at 44 S Nevada Street places it right in the heart of Seattle’s Metropolitan Area with convenient access to major container terminals just one to three miles away from downtown Seattle itself.
