Meridian Design Build has recently finished construction on a new manufacturing facility for International Packing & Crating in Bartlett, Illinois. The 51,500-square-foot building is located at 1313 Jack Court and includes 3,700 square feet of office and employee facilities as well as 47,800 square feet of shop improvements.
The project was completed using the design-build method with Heitman Architects Incorporated providing architectural services and V3 Companies Ltd. handling civil engineering design. Meridian Design Build is a full-service construction company based in Rosemont that specializes in industrial, food and beverage, office, hospitality and healthcare facilities.
