The 425-acre EastVillage development is experiencing steady growth as Reger Holdings secures tenants and has a waitlist for more. Upon completion, the project will feature 500,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment spaces, along with 1.5 million square feet of office space suitable for life sciences companies. Additionally, there will be 2,400 multifamily units and 466 single-family homes within the development’s boundaries.
According to reports from the Austin Business Journal , six buildings located around Inovar Circle have already been completed. Several leases have been signed for retail spaces as well as hotel and office spaces in this area.
One notable lease is that of BillionToOne – a life sciences company taking up a large portion (220,000 square feet) of office space within EastVillage. Hilton Hotels & Resorts has also secured three hotel leases in this location while other businesses such as Bowling810,Swish Dental Refuel,Spoon & Fork Thai,and Medspa810have all signed on to lease their own commercial spaces.
There are still approximately1 .3 million square feet available for both life science users and traditional office tenants at EastVillage.The brokerage firm ECR is handling all leasing matters related to these remaining officespaces.
