The Center at Needham Ranch (CANR), a 1.7-million-square-foot industrial park in Santa Clarita, has reached completion according to the joint venture between Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Clarion Partners. The project, which began construction in 2017, consists of 11 buildings and was fully leased by May of 2023.
In collaboration with the City of Santa Clarita, the JV also recently opened Needham Ranch Parkway as part of the development’s overall plan for a 250-acre site. This new route provides an alternative for drivers between Newhall Avenue and Sierra Highway.
According to Philip Tsui, Senior Vice President for TCC, “Needham Ranch has successfully met demand for modern logistics space in both Santa Clarita Valley and LA North industrial submarket.” He attributes this success to factors such as a skilled labor force and high quality living standards within the area.
Oltmans Construction Co., HPA Inc., Alliance Land Planning & Engineering were responsible respectively as general contractor, architect,and civil engineer on CANR project. Leasing efforts were led by CBRE team consisting Craig Peters,Doug Sonderegger,Sam Glendon,and Richard Ramirez.
