Urban Renaissance Group LLC and BGO have recently completed extensive renovations on the 20-story Plaza 600 commercial office and retail building located in downtown Seattle. The enhancements, which focused on the main lobby, amenity spaces, and tenant-accessible areas of this Class A office asset spanning over 214,000 square feet were designed to significantly improve the overall experience for tenants.
