Compass Office Project: Ware Malcomb Completes Construction in Maryland

Ware Malcomb, an international design firm, has completed the construction of a 7,000-square-foot office project for Compass in Potomac, MD. The project was designed to create a retail-oriented street front presence that highlights Compass’s customer service model and property offerings.
Marlyn Zucosky, regional director of interior architecture & design for Ware Malcomb’s New Jersey offices commented on the new office: “The Potomac office is a showcase example of the design aesthetic Compass’s offices are known for. It was an exciting exercise to customize our client’s design standards to reflect each location in innovative ways and translate their distinct brand.”
