Compass Health has begun construction on Phase II of its Broadway Campus Redevelopment, a cutting-edge behavioral health facility. The development team includes Lotus Development Partners, Ankrom Moisan Architects and BNBuilders.
The facility is expected to be completed in 2025 and will encompass over 70,000 square feet of specialized space for behavioral health services. This includes a 16-bed evaluation and treatment unit, a 16-bed crisis triage center, as well as office spaces.
Funding for the $68.5 million project was secured through a combination of public, private and philanthropic sources. The State of Washington contributed $39.7 million while the City of Everett provided an additional $1 million from ARPA funds.
According to Compass Health Board Chair Alex de Soto,”This project not only enhances Everett’s Broadway corridor but also creates employment opportunities for over 150 community members while providing essential care options that alleviate pressure on first responders and healthcare partners throughout Northwest Washington.”
