Tishman Speyer has successfully secured a 106,000-square-foot lease with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) at their premier office tower, One Federal St., located in Boston’s Financial District. The lease agreement spans over a period of 10 years and was facilitated by Tishman Speyer’s in-house representatives Jeffrey Moore and Victoria Robinson.
As the agency responsible for managing facilities and real estate services for the state, DCAMM will be consolidating employees from six different agencies onto two full floors at One Federal St. by early 2025.
According to Jessica Hughes, managing director at Tishman Speyer, “One Federal’s efficient design, sustainable features,and prime location make it an ideal space for these Commonwealth agencies to come together.”
The groups will be utilizing existing buildouts from previous tenants at One Federal Street as part of both DCAMM’s and Tishman Speyer’s sustainability initiatives.
