Goodman, a global specialist in industrial properties and digital infrastructure, is currently constructing more Flex Space at Goodman Commerce Center Eastvale. This development is one of the largest mixed-use projects in Southern California. The new Flex offering will cater to retail showrooms and home goods stores, expanding the range of flexible commercial space available.
Situated at 5200-5270 Hamner Ave., Goodman’s Eastvale Business Park II / Flex Retail comprises five buildings with various flex spaces ranging from 18,000 to 58,795 square feet. These spaces are conveniently located near restaurants and other retail amenities as well as multiple small businesses, large corporations and e-commerce operations.
