Titan Development is using proceeds from its third fund to construct a 253-unit multifamily community in Colorado Springs. In 2022, the company closed its third fund at $122 million, which includes four multifamily and six industrial projects. Allaso Peak is Titan’s first development in Colorado Springs and will be an $86.6 million, six-building project featuring two and three-story units constructed by Gordon Construction with Humphreys & Partners Architects as the designer of record. Groundbreaking for Allaso Peak took place in December 2022 with completion expected by April 2025 offering resort style living amenities such as cabanas, fitness center pickleball courts and pool area for tenants to enjoy.
Since 1999 Titan has developed a portfolio worth more than $3 billion across the Southwest having completed over 2,000 multifamily units throughout their tenure within real estate development industry .
