Collin County Mega-Project: Billingsley Close to Nailing It Down

Billingsley Co. is close to finalizing plans for the Sloan Corners project, which could become one of the largest commercial real estate projects in the state upon completion. The company has proposed 10 million square feet of office space, 6,000 apartment units and 200,000 square feet of retail on 500 acres at I-75 and SH-121 intersection. According to Dallas News reports, this development may exceed $3 billion in value when completed.

The company states that these office buildings combined with high and mid-rise residences will bring a unique day and nighttime population to the area unlike any other location nearby. In addition to its buildings, Sloan Corners will also feature acres of parks along with bridges and pedestrian trails running alongside Sloan Creek’s banks for visitors’ enjoyment once construction begins (date yet undisclosed).
