Colliers has recently welcomed two new members to their capital markets team in the D.C. office. Dan Gaffey and D. Chandler Pace have been appointed as Vice Presidents, with a specific focus on industrial, office, healthcare, government and development properties. They will report directly to Matt Gannon, who is the managing director and market leader for Colliers in D.C.
Gaffey brings nearly a decade of experience specializing in the sale of office and industrial properties across the Mid-Atlantic region with a primary emphasis on DC Metro and Capital Beltway submarkets. He provides valuable insights to clients regarding property value, strategy planning,and expansion opportunities within their real estate portfolios.He has successfully sold over one million square feet of medical/office properties as well as industrial spaces.
Pace also joins Colliers as Vice President with expertise in representing buyers and sellers of various types of commercial real estate including offices,industrial facilities,hospitals,and government buildings throughout Mid-Atlantic region.His primary focus is on Washington D.C.metropolitan area where he has spent over ten years gaining extensive knowledge about strategic acquisitionsand dispositions for both private investorsand institutional clients.
