Colliers Secures Lease for Long Island Mixed-Use Development Project

Colliers, in collaboration with TRITEC Real Estate Company, has secured the first lease at Station Yards – a mixed-use project on Long Island. Great South Bay Brewery will occupy an 8,428-square-foot space at the development and offer food, live music, golf simulators and events to its patrons.

Located immediately off Exit 60 of the Long Island Expressway and adjacent to the Long Island MacArthur Airport; Station Yards is set for completion in 2024. The Ronkonkoma Hub development will feature 1,450 apartments alongside 360K square feet of office space; 60K square feet of community & hospitality spaces as well as 195K square feet for retail use.

Colliers International teams up with TRITEC Real Estate Company to secure first lease agreement at upcoming mixed-use project located near Long Island Expressway exit & MacArthur Airport – Great South Bay Brewery occupying 8 428 sq ft offering food options plus entertainment activities like live music & golf simulators when completed by 2024 featuring 1 450 apartments along side 360 000 sq ft office spaces; 60 000 sq ft dedicated for community/hospitality services plus 195 000sqft retail area .
