Colliers has announced the first two leases at 101 W Ponce, a Class A office building in Downtown Decatur. The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors signed an 18,411-square-foot full-floor lease while Aristocrat Technologies secured a 6,404-square foot space. Colliers Executive Vice Presidents Heather Lamb and Jessica Doyle led leasing efforts for both transactions.
The 109,000 square foot property was managed by The RMR Group who completed extensive renovations to modernize the lobby area as well as add communal conference facilities and fitness center with outdoor courtyard access adjacent to Decatur’s historic downtown square.
Lamb commented on the new tenants saying “We are thrilled to welcome NACDD and Aristocrat Technologies into 101 W Ponce which will bring energy into both the building and community alike.” She added that “the significant enhancements made along with its prime location make it an ideal workplace for today’s tenants.”
