Sam Wayne Returns to Colliers as Senior Vice President to Lead Multifamily Investment Growth in Seattle

Colliers has announced the return of Sam Wayne as Senior Vice President, where he will spearhead the firm’s multifamily investment strategy across the Puget Sound region. Wayne, a well-known figure in Seattle’s real estate community, brings over 15 years of experience having executed more than 100 transactions totaling $3 billion.

In his new role, Wayne will be instrumental in expanding Colliers’ reach in multifamily investments, uniting institutional, middle-market, and private capital to enhance deal flow in one of the country’s fastest-evolving apartment markets. His background includes both advisory and principal roles, giving him a unique perspective on how investors, developers, and capital sources collaborate to create value.

“Sam is a force in Seattle multifamily,” said Scott Blankenship, Executive Managing Director and Puget Sound Market Leader at Colliers. “He has the relationships, the instincts, and the dealmaking track record to push our platform forward. His return signals Colliers’ focus on building the strongest multifamily team in the region.”

Wayne’s expertise and market knowledge are expected to position Colliers as a dominant player in Seattle’s competitive multifamily landscape.
