Colliers Mortgage, the debt financing arm of Colliers | U.S., has welcomed two real estate investment experts to their team. Tommy Adelson joins as VP of transactions and Jessica Mania as VP of research and marketing. This announcement comes after the recent hiring of Jonathan Lee and Shahin Yazdi, who will lead Colliers Mortgage’s Structured Finance Group in Los Angeles.
According to Lee, they are seeking talented individuals with experience, integrity, and determination to successfully close even the most challenging deals. He believes that Adelson fits this criteria perfectly based on his 10 years in real estate debt and equity.
Similarly, Yazdi stated that they have worked with Mania before which solidified their belief in her research skills and marketing expertise. They believe she is a valuable addition to Colliers Mortgage’s rapidly expanding organization.
Adelson brings over a decade worth of experience in real estate debt and equity to his new role at Colliers Mortgage. Previously he was a director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) before becoming VP at George Smith Partners where he helped source $900 million worth of commercial real estate debt & equity deals in 2022 alone.
Mania also served for two-and-a-half years at George Smith Partners where she held various roles including Director or Research & Marketing prior joining Collier Mortage.
