Colliers has successfully brokered the sale of the Blaine Medical Building, a 33,399-square-foot healthcare center located at 11091 Ulysses Street NE in Blaine, Minnesota.
The transaction was led by a Colliers team consisting of Louis Suarez (Senior Vice President), Tom O’Brien (Vice Chair), Misty Bowe (Senior Vice President), and Jordan Selbiger (Executive Vice President). The team represented the seller, MSP Commercial, a Twin Cities-based healthcare development and management firm. The buyer was Hammes Partners, an institutional investment management firm specializing in U.S. healthcare real estate.
Situated within the growing Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, Blaine is recognized for its strong household incomes, convenient transportation access, and expanding commercial and recreational infrastructure. Constructed in 2010, the medical facility occupies two acres and houses two prominent healthcare providers. At the time of sale, the building was fully leased and 100% occupied.
