Colliers Brokers Sale of North Aurora Logistics Center
Colliers’ Jeff Devine, Steve Disse, and Tyler Ziebel recently represented TradeLane Properties in the sale of Park 88 Logistics Center, located at 400 and 410 Smoke Tree Plaza in North Aurora, Illinois. The property was acquired by Ares Industrial Management, a prominent owner and operator of logistics facilities.
Completed in 2024, Park 88 Logistics Center is a Class A industrial development consisting of two fully leased buildings, totaling 429,623 square feet. The facility currently houses three quality tenants with a weighted average lease term of 6.3 years. Its strategic location, just minutes from the full four-way interchange at I-88 and Route 31, allows for convenient access to the broader Midwest markets and beyond.
“The opportunity offered Ares the chance to acquire two Class A industrial facilities with stable cash flow and quality tenancy in a submarket that will continue to benefit from the rising cost of occupancy across core Chicago markets,” said Tyler Ziebel of Colliers.
