Colliers Facilitates Sale of Industrial Property in Capitol Heights, MD
Colliers has successfully brokered the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial property located at 101 Ritchie Road in Capitol Heights, Maryland.
The transaction was managed by a Colliers team led by Jason Sullivan, SIOR, Senior Vice President. He was joined by Brian Siegel, SIOR, Executive Vice President; Thomas Gentner, Executive Vice President; Brian Watts, Executive Vice President; and Melissa Parrish, Associate Vice President. The team represented Approved Equipment in the deal.
The acquisition signals an expansion for Approved Equipment, a local company specializing in suspended scaffold services in both the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. markets. The facility had recently undergone major repairs and renovations, making it an ideal site for the company to enhance its reach and service capabilities across the region.
Situated in a strategic industrial corridor near Washington, D.C., the Capitol Heights area offers excellent access and visibility for various industrial operations. The building itself encompasses 33,808 square feet and sits on more than two acres of land.
This sale reinforces Capitol Heights as a desirable location for businesses looking to expand in the Mid-Atlantic region.
