**Colliers Brokers $8.27M Industrial Sale in Everett, WA**
Colliers has successfully completed the sale of a premier industrial property located at 815 Sievers-Duecy Boulevard in Everett, Washington, for $8.27 million.
Derek Heed and Talor Okada, Executive Vice Presidents at Colliers, represented the seller in the transaction.

The property, totaling 26,666 square feet, was acquired by a privately held family business recognized as one of the largest HVAC operators on the West Coast. The seller, Underwood Gartland 64 LLC, recently also divested a neighboring building in a separate $30 million transaction.
Built with durable concrete tilt-up panels and offering a 24-foot clear height, the facility includes 24,070 square feet of warehouse space and 2,596 square feet of office accommodation. It is equipped with ESFR sprinkler systems, 600 amps of 3-phase power, as well as both dock-high and drive-in loading options.
