Colliers, a leading commercial real estate firm, has successfully secured a 10-year lease for Taiyo Seafood at 3101 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore, MD. The lease was arranged on behalf of the landlord, Clemenceau Logistics Assets LLC c/o Mapletree US Management LLP.
The property boasts impressive features such as 23-foot clear ceiling heights and other amenities. After becoming vacant in 2020, Colliers began leasing efforts in November of that year and were able to secure Taiyo Seafood with a generous lease spanning over 40,000 square feet starting October 1st of the following year.
The negotiations for this deal were led by an expert team from Colliers including Thomas Gentner, Brian Watts and Brian Siegel along with Jason Sullivan.
