Colliers recently facilitated the sale of The Crossing at First, a three-building office campus located in downtown Portland. The property, which spans 380,030 square feet and includes 263,931 square feet of office space across three parcels, was sold for $17.7 million.
The seller was represented by Robert Gilley, Brad Idleman,Brett Johnson,C hris Johnson,K even Moul,and Andrew Zigelboim from Colliers. They negotiated with the buyer,Oregon Health & Science University.
