ClarkDietrich has committed to a major new office lease at Montgomery Quarter, a mixed-use development at 9260 Montgomery Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. The manufacturer of cold-formed steel framing products and systems will occupy 32,558 square feet of office space, representing nearly three-quarters of a new office building within the project.
Colliers represented ClarkDietrich in the transaction, guiding the tenant through both site selection and lease negotiations. The assignment was handled by Colliers | Cincinnati professionals John Schenk, senior vice president, and Matt Smyth, vice president, who acted on behalf of ClarkDietrich throughout the process.
The new office will be located along the Montgomery Road corridor in Cincinnati’s northeastern suburbs, positioning ClarkDietrich within a mixed-use environment that offers tenants access to retail and dining amenities. The space is also supported by structured parking, providing additional convenience for employees and visitors.
According to Schenk, the deal underscores that well-located, high-quality office product in the Cincinnati market continues to draw tenants willing to make long-term real estate commitments. The office design is described as a modern workplace environment intended to support collaboration among employees, reflecting ClarkDietrich’s focus on creating a space aligned with current workplace needs.
As part of the relocation, ClarkDietrich plans to move approximately 90 employees into the Montgomery Quarter office. The company is expected to take occupancy of the new space in October 2027, establishing a significant presence in the development and serving as an anchor tenant within the new office building.
The lease highlights ongoing tenant interest in mixed-use settings that combine office space with nearby amenities, particularly in established suburban corridors. For Montgomery Quarter, securing a large, single-tenant commitment for most of a new building marks a key milestone in the project’s office component.
