**Colliers Secures Exclusive Leasing Assignment for Over 1M SF Seattle Office Portfolio**
Colliers has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for a portfolio of seven office buildings located throughout downtown Seattle. The portfolio totals more than 1.1 million square feet and spans key areas of the city, including South Downtown, the Waterfront, and Lower Queen Anne.
The leasing effort will be spearheaded by Geoff Pendergast, Rick Hart, and Joe Conner from Colliers’ Seattle office. They will work in collaboration with the firm’s Western Region Capital Markets Team, led by Sean Fulp and Mark Schuessler, to implement a comprehensive strategy for property repositioning and leasing.
