Colliers Facilitates Property Acquisition for Cincinnati-Based Non-Profit
Colliers has announced it represented The Center for Respite Care, a Cincinnati-based non-profit organization, in the acquisition of a new property located at 123 East Liberty Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The transaction was led by Colliers’ team of Senior Vice Presidents Elaine Gillespie and Sloane Nichols, along with Associate Sarah Higgins. The Center for Respite Care is the only medical respite facility in the Greater Cincinnati region, providing care and support for individuals experiencing homelessness who are recovering from illness or surgery.
Currently operating out of a nearby facility, the Center plans to relocate its medical services to the newly acquired building in the fall of 2026. The move is expected to offer greater operational stability and additional space to accommodate future expansion.
“I’ve had a longstanding relationship with The Center for Respite Care, so it was especially rewarding to work closely with their team to identify a new home in Cincinnati that supports their mission,” said Gillespie. “After an extensive search, this property emerged as the ideal fit, allowing the center to expand its outreach and to plan confidently for long-term growth.”
This acquisition marks a significant milestone for The Center for Respite Care as it continues to grow its impact and enhance services throughout the community.
