The Colleyville City Council has approved a proposed senior living complex by Sagora Senior Living. The development will cater to adults aged 55 and above, offering duplex cottages around the property perimeter. Additionally, there will be a main building providing independent and memory care services.
In total, the complex will feature 19 cottages, 12 independent living units, 65 assisted living units and 20 memory care units for a total of 255 residences. Amenities such as a commercial kitchen, dining room bistro, theater room fitness center salon library and three private courtyards are also included.
Located south of Cheek-Sparger Road adjacent to Wayne Drive in Colleyville – situated between Dallas and Fort Worth – this undeveloped property spans over an expansive area of approximately eighteen acres.
According to Community Impact reports , Sagora boasts over thirty years in business with operations spanning across thirteen states with eighty-two communities under its belt.
