"Cold Plunge Fitness Concept Launches in Chicago"

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading commercial real estate firm, recently facilitated the expansion of SweatHouz (SWTHZ), a wellness brand specializing in infrared saunas and cold-plunge treatments. The company has secured prime locations in Old Town, the West Loop and Lakeview East neighborhoods of Chicago.

Anthony Ciaravino, Director at Cushman & Wakefield, played a key role in securing leases for SWTHZ at 1435 N. Wells St., 917 W. Madison Street and 3101 N. Clark Street – all ranging from 2,000 to 2,700 square feet – making these their first locations in Illinois.

According to Jamie Weeks , Founder & CEO of SWTHZ: “We are thrilled to expand into Chicago as it marks an important milestone for SweatHouz. With plans to open up to thirty more locations across the city starting with our inaugural opening this August , we are excited about what lies ahead for us here.”

The new facilities will offer customers an immersive wellness experience through their unique combination of infrared sauna therapy and cold-plunge treatments .
