This move ensures the brand’s continued presence in their 1,000-square-foot retail space for years to come. Cohen Fashion Optical has been a tenant at this location for over 45 years.
The transaction was facilitated by Martin McGrath of GFP Real Estate and Susan Goldberg represented Cohen Fashion Optical. The commercial office and retail space is located within a six-story low-rise building that was constructed in 1936 and offers approximately 17,000 square feet of space.
