**Codina Partners Breaks Ground on Sevilla Residential Tower in Downtown Doral with $100M Financing**
Codina Partners has officially broken ground on Sevilla, a new seven-story residential tower featuring 412 units in the heart of Downtown Doral. The $100 million construction loan was financed by Regions Bank and Ocean Bank, with Regions Bank funding 65% and Ocean Bank covering the remaining 35%.
Situated at the corner of NW 53rd Street and NW 52nd Terrace, the development occupies a 4.2-acre site within the 250-acre, master-planned Downtown Doral community.
Sevilla will offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 720 to 1,708 square feet. The development will feature a comprehensive amenities package, including:
– A resort-style pool deck with a beach-entry pool, private cabanas, BBQ stations, and outdoor lounge areas
– A tranquil zen courtyard and a large dog park
– A rooftop wellness deck equipped with pickleball courts, a yoga yard, and a walking path
– A club room and resident lounge
– A two-story state-of-the-art fitness center
The project is planned in two phases, with the first phase expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. Full completion is anticipated by the third quarter of 2027.
